Quinta do Crasto Superior 2011

€14.95
Sold Out
Quinta do Crasto Superior is a very refined and full red wine that pairs excellently with fine red meat such as entrecote. It is Jasper’s favourite and a crowd pleaser. This wine has an exceptional price quality ratio. 90 Parker points. “Seductive like Marilyn Monroe” is how Winelife described our Quinta do Crasto Superior. This wine received 4 out of 5 stars. Notes: Smooth and velvety with plenty of freshness. Really a wine to drink, a bit cheesy, together with your loved one by a crackling fire. Origin: Portugal, Douro. Wine: Quinta do Crasto Superior 2011. Producer: Quinta do Crasto. Storage and serving: This wine can be stored under cellar conditions (12 to 14ºC), but can already be drunk very well now. The flavour shows best if opened one hour in advance. Serve at 18ºC. What can you taste? Crasto Superior is fresh and well balanced. This wine has a firm body with refined tannins. Flavours of blueberries, plums and chocolate with a smooth and long finish. Food & spice: Delicious at dinner with red meat such as entrecote. A cheese board with robust cheeses also goes very well.
