Thank you for shopping with PRTwine.com, operated by Properliquids. We strive to provide high-quality books, ebooks, and digital resources. This Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or returns may be accepted.

1. Ebooks (Digital Products)

Ebooks are digital goods and are normally non-refundable. However, to maintain fairness to our customers, we offer the following limited refund policy:

Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be issued only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The ebook has been read less than 10% (based on digital tracking or customer confirmation).

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.

  • The ebook has not been downloaded to multiple devices or shared externally.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot refund ebooks if:

  • More than 10% has been accessed or read.

  • The file has been duplicated, distributed, or otherwise used beyond personal reading.

  • The request is received after 7 days.

2. Books (Physical Products)

We accept returns for physical books under the conditions below.

United States Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • The book must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Europe Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery (in line with EU consumer regulations).

  • The book must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Physical Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or damaged books

  • Books with signs of use

  • Items returned outside the allowed return window

If your item arrived damaged, please email hello@prtwine.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the condition.

3. Refund Processing

Once your return or refund request is approved:

  • Digital refunds: processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Physical refunds: issued once the book is received and inspected.

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method only.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at hello@prtwine.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if physical item is damaged or incorrect)

We will provide return instructions and the nearest eligible return location.
