Graham's Six Grapes Reserve Port

€16.95
Sold Out
Graham’s Six Grapes is a superb Reserve Ruby Port that has been awarded Gold by the Decanter World Wine Awards 2013 and Silver by the International Wine Challenge 2013. This port comes from the renowned Malvedos vineyard. The six bunches on the label were historically used by the family that owned Malvedos as a quality code, with six being the highest grade. This is therefore a sublime Ruby Reserve Port that will certainly please. The wine shows aromas of ripe dark fruit such as plums and cherries. The palate is soft, full, and rounded with plenty of dark fruit character. – Gold, Decanter World Wine Awards 2013 – Silver, International Wine Challenge 2013. Origin: Portugal, Douro, Malvedos vineyard. Port style: Graham’s Six Grapes Reserve Port. Port house: Graham’s. Grape varieties: field blend of various top-quality grapes (A-grade). Cellaring and serving: ready to drink now and keeps at least 1 month after opening. Serve slightly chilled (15–18 ºC). Tasting notes: deep red colour with aromas and flavours of ripe dark fruit such as cherries and plums. The finish is long and juicy with good structure. Food & spice: pairs beautifully with strong cheeses such as Blue Stilton or chocolate desserts.
