Graham’s is known for its outstanding quality vintage port, and that tradition continues in this Graham’s Late Bottled Vintage Port 2008. Ready to drink now at a very attractive price. This LBV has spent 4 years in wooden casks. It shows a very intense deep red colour with flavours of blackcurrant, mint, and flowers. Rich, sweet, smooth, and a delight to drink. – Silver – International Wine Challenge 2013 – Silver – International Wine & Spirit Competition (Outstanding). Origin: Portugal, Douro. Port style: Graham’s Late Bottled Vintage Port 2008. Port house: Graham’s. Grape varieties: field blend of various top-quality grapes (A-grade). Cellaring and serving: ready to drink now and keeps at least 1 month after opening. Serve slightly chilled (15–18 ºC). Tasting notes: deep, intense red with aromas and flavours of ripe dark fruit such as blueberries, mint, and flowers. The finish is long and juicy with good structure. Food & spice: excellent with hard cheeses, dried fruit, and sweet desserts.
