Ingredients:

  • 30 ml (dry) White Port Dry White

  • Tonic Water 2/3

  • Mint Leaves

  • Ice Cubes

    • Garnish: Mint leaves / Lime wheel

🍹 Recipe: Portonic

Use a Long drink or big wine glass

  1. Add icecubes (big)

  2. Slice the lime into wheels and add a couple into the glass with some mint leaves

  3. Add the (dry) White Port wine

  4. Stir to cool the White Port wine

  5. Add the Tonic Water into the glass (don’t stir as it will make the bubbles disappear

  6. Serve happiness ;)
